This car was bought brand new by my Grandmother in 1967 and when she died my mother kept it until it failed it's MOT and had sat on our drive for 5 years!! They sold it when they moved to Ireland and I hadn't seen it for over 4 years when after a conversation with one of my colleagues I discovered that he had bought it from the person who bought it from us!! He was going to scrap it but I talking him into selling it back to me so that I could restore it!
Update 2004:
Due to other projects and no time I'm relutctantly selling this Car! The buyer will need to collect on a trailer but will get all documnetation inclucing original bill of sale and the numberplate/logbook valued at £350! I will not let this car go to someone who is just looking for a tax exempt Log book, I want it to go to someone who has the time to rebuild it to it's former glory and will be happy to keep in contact to keep me apraised of their progress! The doors are in great condition and all mechanical parts are present, it's just the bodywork that needs attention. This car has great sentimental value to me so if you are the type of person who just wants the log book then please do not contact me!
